It’s not just what you eat that you should be paying attention to, what you drink is also important.

Our bodies are made up of around about 60% water, which puts it into perspective about why ensuring we are properly and heathily hydrated is vital to good health and wellbeing.

Try squeezing a little fresh lemon to your water, and/or a small amount of pink himalayan salt to add some healthy electolytes.

Coconut water is also delicious and nutritious!

Please remember the impact water consumption can have on the environment too, and always try to use a re-usable water bottle, rather than single use plastic bottles.
