We are here to assist the client in making decisions/choices that will best serve him/her in the context of where they are now and where they say they would like to be, I will be with you every step of the way. All abilities welcome. Your PT sessions can be held at various locations, and will be accompanied with nutritional guidance.

Our packages, listed below, are created by Dale to offer you the chance to move towards better health and fitness. Whether it’s the Free Consultation/Taster Session, a Primal Fit Habits Reset Challenge (coming soon) or Primal Fit Habits Lifestyle package, or one of our personalised Band or Theatre Productions packages, you will receive access to the Primal Fit Habits app that will help take you through your personalised programme step by step.

Our Services FAQ

Once you click through to book your package you will be asked to complete your registration.

This includes your name, email address, and setting up a password so that you can access the Primal Fit Habits app etc.

You will be asked to read and complete the Physical Activities Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). This is a simple self-screening tool that is typically used by fitness trainers or coaches to determine the safety or possible risks of exercising based on your health history, current symptoms, and risk factors. It also can help a trainer create an ideal exercise prescription for a client.

You will also be asked to provide payment details to complete the booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards

Once complete you will receive email confirmation, including an introduction and details of booking your sessions with Dale along with access to all the app features.
Yes we do!

Exercise is highly beneficial for most people however when taking part in physical activity it is important to understand that there are associated risks with certain groups of people.

The Physical Activities Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) is used to determine whether you are physically capable of starting a sensible training plan.

If you have NO pre-existing medical conditions, this form will highlight if there is a need for you to consult your doctor before you begin your training plan.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be counted as one of your sessions.

Please note that for the Free Consultation/Taster Sessions - Appointments cancelled within 24 hours notice will forfeit their free session. This package can only be redeemed once per client.

These include monitoring your progress, current health topics, news, blogs, tasty primal nutritional ideas, as well as updates on any up and coming offers, events and activities.
