Your skin

Our skin needs to be kept healthy too, as well as keeping it clean and toned, we need to make sure that it not only gets hydrated by drinking enough water, but also moisturised.

Many modern skincare products contain nasty and toxic ingredients, which is why we pefer a nice natural version. It’s not difficult to make your own lovely natural skincare products.

Coconut Oil is fabulous for us in so many ways, as our skin loves it too!

Another oil that is great for our skin is Olive Oil.

Mix 10ml oil with 2 drops of Geranium essential oil, 2 drops of Tea Tree Oil, and 1 drop of Lavender essential oil.
Of course you can multiply the above amounts to increase your yield!
For example if you have a 100ml bottle add 20 drops of Geranium oil, 20 drops of Tea Tree il, and 10 drops of Lavender oil.

It’s best to make/store your blend in an amber glass bottle, as it protects the essential oils from UV light which can degrade your oils. Also glass is better than plastics which can start to break down and leach chemicals into your oils.

Once you’ve added all the ingredients, give it a gentle shake, and then use it as and when needed/desired for beautiful healthy skin.

This oil can also be used as a great massage oil.
